Mission Statement
Roosevelt-Garfield CAS provides community members with educational opportunities and career technical training. We assist students in accomplishing their individual goals, and prepare them for a competitive workplace and a diverse society.
EXPECTED SCHOOL-WIDE LEARNING RESULTS (ESLRs)
Upon Program/Class exit Roosevelt-Garfield Community Adult School students will be:
Literate, effective communicators who:
+ Employ good listening and comprehension skills.
+ Express themselves through a variety of nonverbal, oral, written or technical means.
+ Integrate learning into real-life situations.
Critical Thinkers who:
+ Analyze, organize and interpret information.
+ Use information logically to identify, evaluate, and resolve problems.
